Roof Replacement
Complete tear-off and a new roofing system installed to the manufacturer's standards, by a crew CertainTeed and GAF have both credentialed.
A replacement starts with a full tear-off to the deck, so we can see and fix what the old roof was hiding. From there the system goes on in order: synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield along the eaves, rakes, valleys and flat areas, new drip edge, starter course, then the shingles or metal panels, ridge ventilation and caps.

Metal Roofing
Standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal roofs with custom trim, flashing and venting. Our top-tier system, built for 50-plus years of North Carolina weather.
Metal is the roof we're proudest of and the one that lasts longest. A properly installed metal system resists wind far better than asphalt, reflects summer heat, won't crack or erode, and can run 50 years or more with little maintenance. We work with several panel manufacturers, most often JD Metals.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Architectural shingles from the manufacturers that certified us, installed as a complete system from the deck up.
Most shingle roofs we install are CertainTeed Landmark® or Landmark PRO®, put on as the full CertainTeed Integrity Roof System® so the underlayment, starter, ridge caps and ventilation are warranted together. We also install GAF Timberline® HDZ and UHDZ and IKO's Cambridge, Dynasty® and Nordic lines, and Class 4 impact-resistant options are available.

Roof Repair
Leaks, pipe boots, flashing and missing shingles, found on a free inspection and fixed right. Storm repairs and emergency tarping within 24 hours, weather permitting.
Not every roof problem needs a new roof. Pipe boots crack, flashing lifts, a tree limb takes out a few shingles, a valley starts to leak. We find the actual source on a free inspection, show you photos of what we found, and fix it so it stays fixed.

Gutters & Guards
5, 6 and 7-inch K-style seamless gutters in aluminum or copper, sized to your roof, with gutter guard options.
We size every gutter system to the roof it drains: pitch, square footage and water load, not a one-size default. Most homes get 5 or 6-inch K-style; steep or large roofs and metal roofs get 6 or 7-inch runs with oversized 3x4 downspouts.

Fascia & Soffit
Rotted fascia boards and damaged soffit replaced and tied back into your gutters and attic ventilation.
Fascia is the board your gutters hang on; soffit is the underside of the eave that lets your attic breathe. When either one rots, water gets behind the gutter, pests get into the attic, and the problem spreads to the decking. We replace the damaged sections, prime and finish them, and rehang the gutters properly.
