Our own in-house crews, plus regular, trusted subcontractor crews we've worked with for years. A Pro Roofing and Exteriors project manager is on site with every sub crew, so the standard is the same no matter who's on the roof.
What we're certified to install
CertainTeed ShingleMaster™ and GAF Certified™ residential contractor, both verifiable at the manufacturers' own sites. Those credentials are what let us offer 50-year manufacturer warranties on qualifying systems, on top of our 10-year workmanship warranty.

Paid written inspection report
When you need a formal document, for a home sale, a lender or an insurance file, we produce a full written inspection report with photos and findings. Estimates are always free; a detailed, itemized written report you can keep starts at $450.

For many roofs we can pull measurements and give you a ballpark before anyone climbs a ladder, so you know roughly where you stand before you book.
The one price we publish
Our minimum service fee is $450. It covers the crew, the truck and the materials for a small repair and is quoted before any work starts. Everything else varies by job, and we don't post "starting at" prices because they're rarely what you end up paying.
