Our flagship

CertainTeed Landmark® and Landmark PRO®

Landmark is the most-installed architectural shingle in North Carolina: dual-layer construction, blended color, 110 to 130 mph wind warranties and StreakFighter® algae resistance. Landmark PRO adds a heavier build, deeper shadow lines and Max Def color technology, which is why it's the one we recommend most often. Both install as the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System® with matching underlayment, ice and water barrier, starter, hip and ridge and ventilation.

Also from CertainTeed: Presidential Shake® and Grand Manor® for luxury shake and slate looks, and Landmark Solaris® reflective shingles. Class 4 impact-resistant options are available across the range.

  • Limited lifetime warranties, 50-year coverage on qualifying systems through our ShingleMaster credential
  • SureStart™ protection
  • UL Class A fire rating

Also certified

GAF Timberline® HDZ and UHDZ

As a GAF Certified contractor we install GAF Timberline HDZ and UHDZ architectural shingles, plus GAF's premium designer lines, with the matching Lifetime Roofing System components, so the warranty covers the whole system, not just the shingle.

IKO Cambridge, Dynasty® and Nordic

Three architectural shingle lines at a lower price point, installed with the same underlayment, ice and water shield and drip edge as everything else. Dynasty in Summit Grey is the roof on our recent two-roof project. IKO is a product we install, not a certification we hold.

Metal

Standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal

Standing-seam panels hide the fasteners for the cleanest look and the longest life. Exposed-fastener panels cost less and suit outbuildings and some home styles. We work with several panel manufacturers, most often JD Metals; the green metal roofs in our gallery are ours.

Standard colors are JD Metals' WeatherXL™ palette, shown in the chart, with a limited lifetime paint warranty. Premium and specialty colors, including metallics like Copper Penny, come from our panel suppliers on request, and we can color match standing-seam, exposed-fastener and corrugated panels to your trim, siding or an existing roof. We bring samples to your estimate.

Gutters

Seamless aluminum in 5, 6 and 7-inch K-style, sized to your roof, in the Spectra Gutter Systems colors we install most: White in low or high gloss, Almond, Antique Ivory, Cream, Eggshell, Linen, Wicker, Deerskin, Clay, Pearl Gray, Dove Gray, Colonial Gray, Tuxedo Gray, Black, Bronze, Royal Brown, Musket Brown, Cocoa Brown, Beaver Brown, Terratone, Forest Green, Traditional Blue and Scotch Red, plus copper and Galvalume. Norandex rainware colors, including Copper Penny metallic, are available on request. See Spectra's colors on a house, or ask for samples at your estimate.
